Capabilities
Pendulum Resources, a SDVOSB, assisted in establishment of the Installation Management Agency (now Installation Management Command), supported NETCOM in the transition from Rock Island to San Antonio, provided administrative assistance to the Corps of Engineers, and provided other staff augmentation support. Current contracts active prior to July 2010 include Support Services for Army Field Support Brigades (AFSB), Army Field Support Battalions (AFSBN), Logistical Support Elements (LSE) and Army Sustainment Command (ASC) Headquarters (HQS) as well as a contract to provide Facilities Engineering Support Services for the US Army Sustainment Command and US Army Field Support Brigades.

Pendulum Resources utilizes a combination of highly skilled professionals and augments the core capability with an extensive network of advisors and teaming partners. Teaming partners include major defense contractors. This enables us to provide rapid response capabilities in a broad range of specialties to service the needs of our clients while minimizing the substantial carrying costs which are commensurate with this level of service.
Services Provided: Logistics Management, Operations Center operations, CONUS Replacement Center (CRC) operations, graphics support, product marketing, newsletter development, Administrative Data Management, Supply Inventory Specialist support, plus planning, logistical, and technical support to the IMCOM Logistics Directorate.

DETAILS
Pendulum Resources currently provides Facility Engineering and analytical support services for the Army Sustainment Command, Army Field Support Brigades, and the Army Material Command at several US installations. These personnel plan and coordinate facility engineering projects, assess stationing requirements of the organizations at various military installations, coordinate with the local Departments of Public Works, Garrison officials, Installation Management Command (IMCOM), Corps of Engineers, Army units, and others as required. They prepare scopes of work, develop and conduct technical reviews of designs and specifications, and prepare cost estimates, maintain and revise the Facilities Master Plan, etc.
Our Logistics personnel are likewise broadly based in CONUS. They assist with in/out processing at the CRC, provide program support AMC and ASC, serve on the Logistics/Operations Center Team assisting the LSE Commander with logistics functions, and serve as the principle POC for the organization during the deployment and TDY of assigned Department of the Army military and civilian personnel. They support RESET coordination, modularity, newsletters, database creation and updates, facilities/resources assessments, maintain records, and perform logistical analysis on supported units. They monitor and coordinate all AMC, ASC, AFSB, AFSBn, LSE and IMCOM logistics activities on the installations. They also act as the POC for incoming BLSTs in support of Joint Readiness Training Center (JRTC). They provide graphics support, product marketing, develop/update newsletters and databases, and perform facilities/resources assessments.
Pendulum Resources has also managed and updated the Army Material Command’s RADWASTE database and coordinated a conference on this, and other, subjects.
